World Health Day 2025: Shilpa Shetty celebrates with yoga posture

Mumbai: On World Health Day, actress Shilpa Shetty performed a series of yoga asanas and resorted to social media to celebrate the opportunity.

Known for her dedication to fitness and welfare, Shilpa shared her practice with her followers, encouraging her to prioritize health and Manmouji. Through his position, he emphasized the importance of yoga in maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle. On Monday, the ‘Dhadakan’ actress took her Instagram handle and shared a video of various yoga asanas.

In his caption, Shetty listed several benefits of practicing yoga asana, including better flexibility, better mental clarity, increased strength and low stress. To mark World Health Day, actress Rakul Preet Singh shared some easy and effective daily practices that could greatly improve the overall welfare.

In her latest Instagram post, the ‘Thank you God’ actress emphasized the importance of making the body with fueling with foods rich to expand the mind through reading.


Sharing a series of your photos, Rakul wrote, “This is World Health Day and there are some easy things that you can apply as daily practices in your life. Fuel with complete and desired options.
