New Delhi: Miss World 1999 Titleholder Yuka Mute, who won the Crown exactly a year ago from Priyanka Chopra, recently opened about her ‘junior’ in an interview with Filmmistra Media. She reflected on Priyanka’s pageant trip, given that the global icon once sought her advice.
“She was consulting me,” said Yukta. “He fought that year after me. I personally feel that I had directed him in some ways, and even his parents were interested in speaking with me.”
Asked what she praises about Priyanka, Yukka clearly replied: “Nothing. Because she is junior to me.”
She further said in detail: “No. Because she is a junior to me. She was taking advice from me. She was in the next year.
Yukka also talked about how Priyanka may have seen her as a competition, with her experience. she remembers,
“I remember Juhi Chawla spoke to me after winning and returned. She was very kind and said,” You are very beautiful and so long, you take yourself so well. Think about going international. ” Like those I admire – who do not see you as competition or danger, but as they can guide. ,
He said, “Sirf Miss India yes Miss World Title Milne Se Czeen Nahi Hoti.”

While both Yuka and Priyanka won the Miss World title, their career has been quite different. Yukka acted in films like Pyaar, Cataputli and Memshab, but struggled to establish itself in the entertainment industry. On the other hand, Priyanka, Fashion, Barfi!, Dawn, and Bajirao Mastani have gained fame in Bollywood with acclaimed performances, and have since gained global recognition.
On the work front, Priyanka Chopra will be seen in an action-comedy next time in the State of State, John Cena and Idris Elba. She plays the MI6 agent Noel Biset. The film is scheduled to release on Prime Video on July 2.
