Yumns Khan spoke in Lvavpa with co-star Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor

New Delhi: Actor Yunus Khan is known for his role as Jaggi in the Hindi film Lavavapa, shares his journey to work with co-star Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor, and his unconventional rise for stardom.

In the film, Younus plays the role of one of Jaggi-Gachchi (Junaid Khan )’s closest friends who form a tight-split group with other characters who play an important role in the story. The group provides both humor and emotional depth because they support Gucci, which was sparked by a chaotic situation by exchange of a phone associated with Ban (Khushi Kapoor).

Considering his time on the set, Younus expressed how much he enjoyed working with both Junaid and Khushi. “Working with Junaid and Khushi was an explosion. Since most of my scenes were with Junaid, we spent a lot of time together, and from the first day, he was humble, grounded, and honest – just a hardworking man Was giving something. Although he had low scenes with happiness, Yums shared that the film’s trailer launched and later strengthened his bond during the party. “With happiness, we had little scenes, but whenever we spoke, she was incredibly sweet and cold. We got more tied during the trailer launch and after the party at Aamir Sir’s house. He even directed a reel to the trending Lavavpa song with a hook step with the entire artists, which went viral with over 14 million ideas! Such a fun experience! Working with both was amazing, and I would like to cooperate again soon, ”he said.

Yunus also reflected how his career started. “My journey started when I won the Times Fresh Face in 2016-17, due to which my picture was depicted on the front page of Bombay Times-and in return, inspired me to an audition in Mukesh Chhabra’s office,” he Said. “That audition kicted my career with the Sony TV show, followed by 35+ advertising films, a Bengali film and many short films. But Post-Covid, live auditions slowed down.” He referred to the uncertainty of the post-Covid audition and how he unexpectedly received a call from Mukesh Sir’s team, which led to his audition for Lvavapa. Although initially considered for a different role, the team saw the capacity in Younus for the part of the awake, which they portrayed with ease and authenticity.

Looking forward, Younus is excited for the future and the success of Lvavapa. “I am thrilled with the film’s response, and I am excited to be part of a project that resonates with the audience. This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to play more roles in the future, “he concluded.
