A24 has teamed up with Zac Efron to make a thriller film titled Famous, informed of deadlineJody Hill will direct the film while Michael Sagol, Sam Esmail and Chad Hamilton will produce the film.
According to the report, Efron will be seen in a dual role, playing an overzealous fan Lance Dunquist and Hollywood heartthrob James Jensen. deadlineThe film is based on the film by Blake Crouch. New York-Time bestseller. Chad Hodge adapted the book for the screen. Hodge wrote Crouch’s Wayward Pine turning the trilogy into a series.
A24 and Efron are seen together in this film. Iron claw, Which also featured Jeremy Allen White and Harris Dickinson. The film recently premiered at Max.

The official synopsis of the film reads, “The film is about Dunquist, who has a gift that is about to change his life – he has the face of a movie star. And not just any movie star – Lance is an exact copy of Hollywood star James Jensen. Lance is about to travel to Los Angeles to make his dream come true. Lance is going to become famous, no matter what it takes.”
