Her husband and veteran Bollywood actor Sanjay Khan recently shared an emotional video on his social media account, in which the family is seen immersing her ashes in the river, although the location has not been confirmed.
While saying goodbye to Zarine Khan, her son and actor Zayed Khan was seen crying bitterly.

Sanjay Khan also looked very emotional while bidding farewell to his late wife.
In the beginning of the video shared by Sanjay Khan, he is seen walking towards the river for immersion, holding the hand of his son Zayed Khan.

Sharing the video clip, Sanjay Khan wrote, “In memory of my beloved wife Zareen Sanjay Khan.”

The video also showed unseen pictures of Sanjay, Zareen and their love story, followed by their family life with their children.

A few days ago, her daughter and designer Farah Khan Ali took to her social media account to criticize the press for being unnecessarily curious about her mother being cremated as per Hindu rituals, despite coming from a different faith and religion.
He also criticized the ‘insensitive’ approach of the paparazzi while covering superstar Dharmendra’s health.
He wrote, “My mother passed away 6 days ago, and there were some people who were more interested in why she chose to perform the last rites rather than express condolences. Dharam Uncle is in the hospital, and a video of his private family reunion has gone viral.”
“Are we as a nation so insensitive to people? Don’t even the families of public figures have feelings? What happened to humanity? Why does every fool here have an opinion on how others should live their lives? Tragedy strikes everyone. When it’s your turn, and trust me, it will happen, others like you will hurt you just like you hurt us,” he said with folded hands and an emoticon.
