What happened on Friday night?
According to the lawsuit, the four men were initially invited to the VIP area, where they waited for Brown for 30 minutes. When the rapper did not show up, one of the four concert-goers, Bush, headed outside, where he saw Brown and congratulated him on his performance. Suddenly, one of Brown’s crew members yelled at the rapper to provoke him, “Dude, don’t you remember you two were fighting?” to which the lawsuit claims Brown responded, “Oh yeah, we were…I don’t forget shit.” He then instructed the others to “fuck Bush.”
One member of Brown’s entourage, Sinco, punched Bush in the chest, while another, Hood Boss, threw a chair at Bush’s head. Chris Brown allegedly directed his associate Yella Beezy and others to attack Parker, who became trapped in a stairwell. She was then attacked, including being punched in the face and chest, kicked in the head over a period of over ten minutes, and stomped on by Chris Brown and others. The lawsuit claimed she suffered serious physical injuries due to the prolonged beating, with Brown encouraging others to join in the attack.
In 2009, Brown was also accused of assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna.
