Ameesha Patel has questioned the growing trend of big actors traveling during film promotions, especially when the expenses are covered by the producer.

The actor recently shared his thoughts on exercise during an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session on X. It all started when a user asked him if it was fair for the stars to carry an extra crew at the manufacturer’s expense.

In response to the question, Ameesha pointed to the money involved in maintaining such teams. He claimed that in some cases, an actress’s ensemble cost during promotions can be more than her film’s first-day earnings.

He wrote, “Many female actresses are denying their stardom; their entourage is huge during film promotions at the expense of the producers, hoping from their opening day collections that they have the same entourage in their regular lives, minus the paying producer (sic).”

Ameesha made her debut in Bollywood Don’t say… I love you. In 2000, opposite Hrithik Roshan. The film became a huge success and gave him a starting place in the Hindi film industry. She continued to work in films including Gadar: A Love Story, Hamraz, Forgotten And Race 2.
