Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay’s son Jason Sanjay’s first film ‘Sigma’ is releasing in theaters today. Viral videos from Chennai show Jason’s mother Sangeeta Sornalingam and sister Divya arriving at Kamala Cinemas to watch the inaugural show of Sasha Sigma. Sangeetha is seen smiling at the shutterbugs while entering inside the theatre.

How Vijay would have reacted to his sigma
During a recent conversation, Jason was asked how his father would have reacted after watching the film.
The host asked what he would believe if his father called him but remained silent for about a minute.
Jason said, “He’s a very calm person in general. He always takes his time.” He then joked that if the silence lasted for a full minute, he would simply hang up.
Jason added that Vijay needs some time to process the film before sharing his thoughts. He said, “He needs more time to analyze the film. But he will be proud as it is my first film.”

Sangeetha withdraws divorce against Vijay
In February this year, Sangeetha filed for divorce in a court in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu, stating that she wanted to dissolve the marriage.
Vijay and Sangeetha’s marriage controversy has been postponed several times this year. On June 15, the proceedings were already adjourned after Sangeetha indicated her intention to withdraw the plea. She also appeared through video conferencing during that hearing and informed the court of her decision. The court formally closed the case on August 7 after Sangeetha withdrew her plea.
Vijay and Sangeeta’s relationship spans three decades. The couple had an inter-caste wedding on August 25, 1999 in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony in Chennai.
Their first child, a son, was born on 26 August 2000 and a daughter was born in 2005.
