Just weeks after Blake settled his high-profile ‘It End’s With Us’ legal battle, the couple has been hit with more than $2.1 million over unpaid bills for construction workers.
According to a new report citing records filed in April 2026, five contractors and subcontractors have filed legal claims (known as mechanics liens) against the couple’s sprawling estate in Lewisboro, which is located about 50 miles north of Manhattan.

The largest bill came from a luxury building company called Flowers Construction, which is seeking $1,356,157.54. He did most of the heavy lifting on the mansion, including installing framing, brickwork, plumbing, electrical wiring, drywall, and heating and cooling systems.
In addition, four other specific subcontractors have filed their claims for unpaid work, specifically for the excavation of the advanced eco-friendly heating system and construction of the property’s drainage infrastructure.
