15th season of Dangerous player is concluded after a dramatic finale. Avinash Mishra took home the season’s trophy along with a prize money of Rs 20 lakh, a trip to Europe and a car. While fans celebrated Avinash’s win, standup comedian Harsh Gujral has been facing a backlash since then. During the final episode Akanksha made a joke about Gaurav Khanna’s divorce from Chamola.
This incident happened when Archana Puran Singh and her husband Parmeet Sethi came to preach Dhamaal with wife Patti Aur Panga season 2With host Munawar Farooqui.

During the fun conversation, Harsh jokingly told Archana, “The way things are going, you take Gaurav ji to Patti wife and panga.e (The way it is, you should cast Goravji in Patti Patti Aur Panga),” distributed to Karan Wahi, Ritwik Dhanjani and Farhana Bhatt.
Munawar replied,There is a pause on our show, there is no spring on the show. (Trouble happens on our show, not outside the show).”
Gaurav however looked annoyed by the statement and kept smiling. Later, she claimed that Harsh continued to make jokes about her, and that she learned to play jokes about herself from Archana.
“Even after I left the show, you kept me alive. I think my sense of humor will take on a new incarnation. (I think my sense of humor will take a new incarnation),” said Gaurav.
Social media users criticized Harsh Gujral
Soon after the episode aired, clips of Harsh’s pranks went viral on social media. Many users criticized the comedian for bringing Gaurav’s personal life into public fun, with many saying that Harsh’s comment was “out of line and very cruel”. Some even praised Gaurav for handling the situation beautifully and maintaining his composure.

“This was out of line and very cruel Harsh. Shameful. GK treated him like a brother and that’s what he gives in return,” wrote one person.
One user commented, “Harsh is so cheap. He’s going below the belt… but GK has a lot of power to handle such a craziness with grace.”
“@realharshgujral bhai we love your comedy but there is a very thin line between insults and comedy, he left the show because of you guys!! I know it hurt but you were no less! Just because he’s taking it lightly doesn’t mean you’ll be free to say anything!!” said another.
As of now, neither Harsh Gujral nor Gaurav Khanna have publicly reacted to the controversy.
