25-year-old blind devotional singer Sunil Lodhi became a viral sensation after his song I trust you all. From the sleeper hit Hanuman Part brought him into the limelight. She recently shared on Instagram that she has started her eye treatment, hoping it will bring her sight back. He also requested people to keep him in their prayers.
Sharing some videos and pictures from his visit to the eye hospital, Sunil Lodhi explains how he wants to see the world. Hopefully, this treatment will help him do that.
She wrote in the caption in Hindi, which translates to, “Oh God! You have supported me till now, encouraged me in every difficulty. The process of healing my eyes has started today. With all your duas and blessings, a new hope has arisen. I just pray to God that the light also comes back in my life and I see this beautiful world with my own eyes.”
He added, “May my parents’ years of waiting be fulfilled; may the prayers of my loved ones be answered. I request you all to pray for me from the bottom of your hearts. Your love and blessings are my greatest strength. Oh my Lord! Now please grant me just one more favor… restore my eyesight.”
About treatment
Additionally, details about Sunil Lodhi’s eye treatment have been shared by Instagram page Bundeli Dunya. This initiative was taken after Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav came forward to help the singer.
Sunil Lodhi visited Bundelkhand Medical College, Sagar. His general health was examined by the doctors, who also examined his eyes.
His initial journey
Despite his physical limitations, Sunil Lodhi never let them hinder his musical aspirations. Belonging to the regional belt of Bundelkhand, Madhya Pradesh, he started singing traditional Bundeli folk songs and bhajans in local trains and villages from the age of 10-11. In an interview with Hindustan TimesHe said, “I used to sing on the tambura.”
Thus, he created a profile of Bundeli folk songs and traditional hymns even before the arrival of the digital age. Then came the big success.

Social media pages and YouTube platforms Bundeli World recognized the young singer, though he hadn’t realized its reach until recently.
He said, “I was singing songs for the Bundeli Duniya page. That’s where my Bundeli songs started to be discussed.”
Sunil Lodhi got his first success when he performed Hanuman Bhajan More crisis went viral, amassing nearly 29 million views on their page. It was then that other music producers began to notice his work.
The final magic happened when filmmaker and music producer Pankaj Rathore, also known as Pankaj VRK, discovered the viral folk singer – and the rest is history.
