Drishyam: Conclusion Shivalika Oberoi has given a personal reason to be emotional. The actor recently watched the film in a theater and cried after seeing her husband, director Abhishek Pathak’s thank you note during the end credits. Nott acknowledged his support throughout his journey to make the film.
Shivalika shared a video from the theater on Instagram on Sunday, capturing her reaction while watching the film. Sharing the moment with her followers, she explained how special it was to see her husband’s message on the big screen.
Shivalika wrote, “I cried when I saw it on the big screen. And judging by the messages I’ve been getting, I’m clearly not the only one who thought it was pretty special.”
He then reflected on the journey that began when Abhishek took up the project and the challenges he faced. Shivalika wrote, “When you started this journey, there was so much that life was going to throw our way. There were sacrifices, hard days, time apart and many moments that tested us. But through it all, I believed in you, your vision and what you were building.”
Shivalika also brought her daughter Arika to the post as she talked about seeing the world celebrate Abhishek’s work. He added, “Today, watching the world celebrate everything you’ve created, every bit of it feels important. And sometimes I look at Arika and think.. how lucky she’s going to feel one day when her father directs Drishyam. So proud to be your wife!”
Abhishek and Shivalika got married in 2023 in an intimate ceremony in Goa. The couple welcomed Arika in April this year.
Drishyam: Conclusion A strong response is being seen at the box office as well. In three days, the film has grossed Rs 176.5 crore in India, a Seknilak Report. The worldwide total collection of the film is currently Rs 272.8 crore.
The final installment brings back Ajay Devgn as Vijay Salgaonkar, Tabu as Meera Deshmukh, Shriya Saran as Nandini Salgaonkar and Ishita Dutta as Anju Salgaonkar. Jaideep Ahlawat has joined the franchise as SP Rajveer Singh Tomar.
