Delhi Police has given permission for Diljit Dosanjh’s concert. The show is scheduled to take place on October 30 in Delhi. The news comes a day after reports that the Delhi Police had refused permission for his Delhi concert citing security concerns.
The Delhi Police had laid down several conditions including the number of personal security guards required, crowd management measures and various other arrangements. When the organizers agreed to these conditions, the Delhi Police gave permission for the event.
Diljit Dosanjh’s Secret Message
At the same time, the singer shared a cryptic message about staying strong in the face of obstacles. Believing in divine intervention, Diljit said obstacles will make you stronger.
In a video shared on social media, Diljit’s secret message came at a time when the discussion about his concert was gaining momentum.
In the video, Diljit Dusanjh said, “Whenever someone tries to pull you back, whenever someone tries to break your work, you actually have more energy. Sometimes it happens that the work is not for you, you deserve something better, pay attention to that. That’s for sure. It’s true and it’s also a command; there’s no suffering outside of the commandment today, if it’s happening by its command, you’re suffering.” Because of that, if you are facing an obstacle today because of it, it may be for your good and for your betterment in the future.”

What we know so far
The Delhi Police yesterday denied permission for a concert to be held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on October 30 due to security reasons.
Delhi Police has also registered a case against social media influencer Aamir Shoukin at Sadar Bazar Police Station. A case has been registered under sections 192, 196, 352 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code (BNS).
Aamir Shoukin has earlier faced cases under sections 323, 324, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The India tour was announced earlier this month, by the official promoter, BookMyShow. The announcement comes after Diljit had already confirmed that Ahmedabad will host a show as part of the Aura World Tour. The concert will be held on November 21 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Fans will be able to book tickets only through BookMyShow.
