Mumbai’s Film City is burning again, and no one is being held accountable Mumbai’s Film City is burning again, and as always, no one is being held accountable. Fire after fire, year after year thousands of workers and artists are thrown into danger by channels, producers and production houses who refuse to spend on basic fire safety to save a few rupees. Sets go up in flames, poor workers pay the price, and profiteers walk away with no consequences. The fire in Film City is not an accident. They are the result of greed, negligence and a system that has never punished the guilty. Unless accountability is fixed at the top, these fires will continue, and so will the loss of innocent lives. | @Dev_Fadnavis | @ShelarAshish | @advakash | @Ashishjaisw3Adv | @ritutawde | @KishoriPednekar | @ANI | @PTI_News | @ians_india @sureshsgupta
