Wamika Gabi finally got a chance to sit down with Amitabh Bachchan Who Became A Millionaire Season 18. Sharing a clip from the episode, the actor recalled how appearing on the quiz show took her back to her childhood days when she used to watch the show with her family.

She wrote a long note explaining that sitting in the hot seat felt surreal, especially when she could see her parents sitting in the audience. “KBC takes me straight home…being a little girl, sitting with my family, not knowing exactly where life was going to take me. And then one day, I was sitting in that chair,” she wrote.

Wamika added, “It didn’t fully hit me until @Amitabhbachchan sir sat in front of me… and I looked at my family in the audience. And suddenly, I saw it. Then we… sat together in front of the TV, and now we… inside it somehow.”

Stating that his success is not only his but also his family’s, the actor added, “This is what my fellow middle-class families probably get most of the time…some moments are not just yours…poor families. (My fellow middle-class families will understand this. Some moments are not just for you, they are for your whole family). That day, there was one person in the hot seat… but it felt like my whole family was sitting with me. Life…you are so unpredictable and so beautiful.”

In the video, Vamika is shown sitting on the hot seat with Rajkummar Rao and Ujjwal Nikam. Amitabh Bachchan was seen giving a glass of water to Wamika. The actor then said, “Sir, I have been working for so many years. I was trying to do good work. But my dad always said this. When I worked with Jaya ma’am, he said, ‘Now you are working.’

Amitabh Bachchan addressed Wamika’s parents and replied, “Sir, don’t worry. She is a very good artist. I have all her reports.” Wamika appeared on the show to promote her upcoming film Prahar: The Untold Story of Ujjwal Nikam. This film will be released in theaters on October 16.
