the story
RS Prasanna has come up with a story that has no villain. The film depicts an arrogant assistant coach, Gulshan Arora, who gets suspended after beating up his senior. He then drunkenly crashes into a police van, for which he is sentenced to three months of community service by teaching basketball to a team of specially abled adults. Gulshan then accepts the job, but he doesn’t know that he is going to get great coaching.

The way the writer Divya Nidhi Sharma has presented the story is quite wonderful. At no point did the makers try to play the sympathy card. It has been shown that the definition of normal is quite different for specially qualified individuals. They don’t want anyone to look at them with pity.
The first half is a bit slow showing Aamir resentful of his new job, while his marriage to Sunita (Genelia D’Souza) is having problems. You will laugh at some places, but the laughs in it will be the same as what we saw in the trailer.
You will feel better after a break. Laughter will return and many things will feel good. You will enjoy watching Brijendra Kaala. You will find the second half more enjoyable. Aamir looked good in comedy too. She was seen doing well with all the stars. As a supportive wife, Genelia has been very supportive and the good thing is that the fight between them is not shown unnecessarily.

Dolly Ahluwalia and Brijendra Kala played their roles very well. Ashish Pendse won everyone’s heart with the character of Sunil. Aarush Dutta, Ayush Bhansali, Rishi Sawhney, Gopikrishna K Verma, Rishabh Jain, Vedanta Sharma, Simran Mangeshka, Samvit Desai, Naman Mishra have also performed well.
How is the music and overall film?
Shankar Ahsan Loy has given the music in the film. Don’t expect a memorable soundtrack like Taare Zameen Par, but you won’t be disappointed. All in all Sitare Zameen is a very good movie. You will see many such stars on screen who will win your heart.
