Reality TV star Tom Sandoval has filed for a domestic violence restraining order against his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson, weeks after she was arrested for intimate partner assault. Sandoval claims that Robinson physically and verbally abused her throughout their relationship, tmz Informed.

Why did Tom Sandoval file a restraining order?

Tom Sandoval’s girlfriend, Victoria Robinson, was arrested after allegedly brutally attacking him.

According to Page Six, court documents state that after a night of drinking on June 3, Sandoval got into an argument with Robinson’s father.

Sandoval claimed that Robinson’s father grabbed her and punched a hole in the door of a spare bedroom, where she locked herself in because she feared for her safety. He then alleged that Robinson entered the room and punched him in the face, injuring his neck and ears.

Sandoval claimed that the punch was so forceful that it blurred his vision. “I was injured near my temple and eyebrow and this resulted in bleeding from my ears and neck.” [Robinson] I was attacked that night,” he alleged. “The pain in my mouth persisted for two weeks, which prompted me to visit the ER for evaluation.”

According to People, Sandoval also alleged that during the same incident, Robinson’s father, J. Will Robinson, attacked her “in an intoxicated state” and punched a hole in her bedroom door. Robinson was arrested on charges of intimate partner physical violence and released on bond the same day. Sandoval later requested a domestic violence restraining order against her father as well.

What else did Sandoval allege?

Yet, even after Robinson’s arrest, Sandoval says she accepted his phone calls from jail and gave his mother financial assistance for his bail. “Ultimately, I deeply regret that decision,” he said, according to Page Six.

Sandoval alleges in the documents that during their relationship, which began in February 2024, Robinson physically abused her, including punching her in the face, stomping on her neck, throwing an entire Gatorade bottle at her and verbally assaulting her.

“[Robinson] I was repeatedly insulted and humiliated during our relationship,” she claimed, according to People. “He called me a ‘loser,’ told me ‘I could be so much better,’ said ‘the only reason people like you exist is because of me,'” she said, alleging that Robinson “often” called her an “idiot” and a “fool.”

She further claimed that Robinson would access and change her phone and social media passwords without her knowledge, as well as track her with AirTags. And Sandoval also accused Robinson of “spreading lies” about her online and “deleting evidence of his abuse on my phone.”

Sandoval says he is ‘completely dislocated’

Sandoval also alleged that Robinson and his father were living in a rental home that he was paying for and that he had been “completely displaced” from their home. “I am seriously concerned for my safety and well-being and I need to regain access and control over my home, vehicle and belongings,” he said.

“[Robinson] And her father lives in our rental home, for which I am currently paying,” she claimed in the filing, according to People. “Meanwhile, I have been completely evicted from my home. I am bringing this request because I cannot tolerate it. [Robinson’s] Abuse more now.”

“My efforts to maintain peace have been met with more hostile behavior [Robinson],” he adds. “I am seriously concerned about my safety and well-being and need to regain access and control over my home, vehicle and belongings.”

Sandoval also claimed that he has been staying in various hotels and a friend’s house since the June 3 incident. “I am requesting an immediate move out order because I am really afraid to return there [residence] Whereas [Robinson] And her father lives there and I have no alternative long-term accommodation,” he said.

A hearing on the restraining order has been scheduled for July 16.

Sandoval, who is 43, and Robinson, who is 33, have had a tumultuous relationship. In December 2024, she made a scathing post stating that he had cheated on her. Later he took it back. “I made a really bad decision in a situation,” she said in an Instagram Story. “Tom didn’t do anything,” according to the report.
