Rashmika Mandana has addressed the criticism she often faces over her accent and language skills while working in various film industries. The actor admitted that she may not be “necessarily good” in any one language but said her journey involved constantly adapting to different languages ​​and roles.

“I am a Kodva and speak Kodva tak, there is no industry for our mother tongue. So language has never been a barrier in my career. I consider all languages ​​as my own language. Rashmika said that when it comes to films, she doesn’t pay too much attention to unnecessary nonsense surrounding her accent. Instead, she chooses to focus on portraying her role to the best of her ability.

“My job as an actor is to tell good stories on set and come back. With every film I believe the best of us are there to create something magical. I stay connected to my work and the end result is the coming together of all these energies. I don’t like stepping on anyone’s toes, I focus on doing my best as an actor,” she said.
