Chiranjeevi shared photos of the meeting on his social media handles on Wednesday and said the two reminisced memories they shared with each other, including how Chiranjeevi was the chief guest for the audio launch of Ajith’s debut film 1993. love book,
Chiranjeevi wrote, “The very affectionate Ajith Kumar who is shooting next door came over and we had a great time chatting and reminiscing the times of his debut film ‘Prema Pusthakam’ whose music launch was done by me. And moreover, his wife Shalini played a cute child in my film ‘Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari’. Obviously there were a lot of memories to cherish. I was so happy to see the heights of stardom Ajith has achieved over the years and yet how he remains a beautiful soul at heart.”
It is noteworthy that both Ajith and Chiranjeevi are shooting for films that will clash at the box office during Pongal/Sankranti in January 2025.
Ajith is in Hyderabad for the shooting of this film. The good, the bad, the uglyAdhik is an action film directed by Ravichandran. Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravishankar under their Mythri Movie Makers banner, the film has music by Devi Sri Prasad, cinematography by Abhinandan Ramanujam and editing by Vijay Velukutty.
On the other hand, Chiranjeevi is shooting for VishwambharSai is a mythological film written by Madhav Burra and directed by Vasishta. Starring Trisha Krishnan and Ashika Ranganath, the film’s music and lyrics are written by Oscar winner M.M. Keeravani and Chandrabose respectively.
Vishwambhar Produced by V Vamsi Krishna Reddy, Pramod Uppalapati and Vikram Reddy for UV Creations, the film has Chota K Naidu as the cinematographer while editing is done by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao and Santosh Kamireddy.
