Actor Ravi Dubey has played the role of Laxman in Nitesh Tiwari’s film. Ramayana Part 1 Made this occasion even more special for his wife actress Sargun Mehta. As the film continues to garner attention, Sargun has shared a heartfelt post celebrating her husband’s journey and his achievements. He also shared a glimpse of Ravi as Laxman, along with behind-the-scenes moments from the shoot.
Sharing pictures and videos on Instagram, Sargun reflected on the years of hard work and dedication that led to this moment. He wrote, “Mein kahan tha this Diwali hamara vanavas hoga hoga, badi. There is a line in Valmiki Ramayana that Lakshman ji says to Sri Ram. It means: There is no power greater than resolve. Nothing is out of reach for one who keeps this spirit alive.”
He reflected on the 21-year journey that brought him here, in which he faced rejection, judgment and challenges. Sargun wrote, “You knew it was in your heart. 21 years of waiting, ups and downs, rejections, judgments, obstacles are lost today for your faith and perseverance.”
The actor also revealed how Ravi chose to work on himself during difficult phases and not let setbacks get the better of him.
He added, “Even in the worst of times; never said the wrong thing, never did anything wrong. Every bad day is over and tapped. Sit down to get better, learn something new every day, there will be no excuses.”
In another part of his note, Sargun said that Ravi’s achievement felt like a personal victory for many and talked about how his journey has restored his faith in the idea that goodness triumphs in the end.
She wrote, “No matter who I meet and what I see on the internet today, your victory feels like a personal victory for everyone. Your victory gives hope; your victory gives me faith. Goodness wins. My heart is so full today because I know that “my man is God” ab all will say. I am always your wife and I am BGU EST wife. Fan for life.”
Ending his note on an emotional note, Sargun thanked Ravi for making this Diwali special and wished him continued success. She wrote, “You are my light, Bedi. May you shine, shine. Thank you for making this Diwali my brightest ever. Ravi Legend Dubey.”
Ravi Dubey is playing the role of Laxman in Nitesh Tiwari’s film Ramayana Part 1, It also stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita. Yash is playing the role of Ravana in the film. The film released in theaters on November 5, 2026.
