Rakhi Sawant has reacted strongly to the ongoing controversy surrounding Govinda and his co-star Komal Rani Swarankar. During the Ganpati celebrations where the two were seen taking blessings from Mumbai’s Lalbaghcha Raja, Rakhi shared a video on Instagram, questioning why Govinda was going to the pandal with another woman instead of accompanying his wife Sunita Ahuja.

In the video, Rakhi while describing Govinda’s actions said,Govinda ji, why are you walking around with someone else’s marriage? Who is he? You took your wife Sunita ji. How lovely is our Sunita! (Govinda ji, why are you hanging around with someone else’s wife? Who is she? You should hang around with your wife Sunita ji. Our Sunita is very lovely).

He continued,Man, you spent forty years, your children were born, your children were born. You have a big heart man. What are you doing like that? Well… now she is silent too. If the morning flour comes home in the evening, it is not said. Come on, forget everything, friend. No need to talk, do it my friend Govindaji. What a wonderful person you are. (She spent forty years, giving birth and rearing children. Your heart is so big, why are you doing this? It’s fine… now she too has calmed down. If someone comes home in the evening wandering in the morning, we don’t call them a wanderer. Come, forget everything, please. Govindaji, you are a very good person).

Questioning why Govinda didn’t take his wife to Lalbaghcha Raja’s darshan during Ganpati celebrations, Rakhi shared, “Your wife must go to a doctor, with whom you will spend forty years, along with Sunitaji. Chichi bhaiya I have been with you till today.” This is wrong. You are such a good friend of mine. What form is it? This is wrong, very wrong. (You should have taken your wife with you, with whom you have spent forty years, Sunita ji. I have supported you till today, Chichi Bhaiya. It is wrong. You are such a good friend of mine. What is it, Roopa? It is wrong, very wrong).

After appearing in Lalbaghcha Raja with Komal, Rakhi criticized Govinda’s actions. The actor was dressed in a traditional white dress, while Komal accompanied him during the tour. Govinda was also seen participating in the final aarti.

Their visit comes amid current speculation about Govinda and Komal’s relationship. Although several reports have previously linked the two, there has been no public confirmation of either of them being in a romantic relationship.
