Starring Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Entheron 16 years have been completed today. On the occasion, noted cinematographer Ratnavelu, whose work in director Shankar’s blockbuster film won widespread acclaim, penned a note of thanks.

On Instagram, Ratnavelu shared a series of behind-the-scenes pictures from the sets of the 2010 film. Recalling his experience, the cinematographer described the BTS moments as a “time capsule” full of memories.

He wrote,Anthiran 16 years… and these frames still hold the same magic. Looking back on these BTS moments from Entheron It feels like opening a time capsule — filled with the people, passion, craziness, challenges, and unforgettable memories that shaped this extraordinary journey.

Ratnavelu also thanked director Shankar for trusting him in this project. To make the experience special, he roped in superstars Rajinikanth, A.R. Thanks to Rahman, Aishwarya Rai, Sabu Cyril, Srinivas Mohan, Resul Pukutty, Ken Metzker, Madan Karki, Legacy Effects, Sun Pictures and the entire team.

He wrote, “Hearty thanks to Shankar sir for the opportunity, trust and wonderful support; Superstar Rajinikanth sir, AR Rahman, Aishwarya Rai, Sabu Cyril, Srinivas Mohan, Resul Pukutty, Ken Metzker, Madan Karki, Legacy Effects, so the whole team, so creating a special itinerary.”

Ratnavelu, who has acted in several blockbusters in the film industry in the country, also acknowledged his young team of assistant cameramen who worked with him in the film.

“And a big shout out to my young camera crew who gave it their all. Sixteen years later, Entheron Still holds a very special place in my heart. Some journeys really never leave you,” he concluded.

What we know about Entheron

Released in 2010, EntheronAlso known asthe robot,’ became one of the biggest blockbusters in Indian cinema. Rajinikanth’s iconic portrayal of Chitti, its futuristic storyline, impressive visual effects and AR. Rahman’s unforgettable music left a lasting impression on the audience.

A Tamil sci-fi action film directed by Shankar, Rajinikanth is featured in dual roles as a scientist Vasigaran and his humanoid robot creation Chitti. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan played the lead role. The film also featured Danny Denzongpa, Santhanam and Karunas in lead roles.
