Megan Fox, best known for her roles in Transformers and Jennifer’s Body, announced Friday that she will be sharing exclusive content on Subs.com, a paid content site.
The site was co-founded by Tim Stokely, one of the minds behind OnlyFans. Fox shared the news in her Instagram stories, and then posted that fans continued to tear down the site.
Fox also shared a post titled ‘A neo-noir erotic thriller’ and urged visitors to check out her stories, where she was posting about the decision to put the content on Subs.com. The 40-year-old appeared to be hinting at what kind of content fans can expect from her subscription account.
Many fans expressed excitement over Fox’s decision to introduce exclusive content. One wrote, “You have my legal permission to mess with my mental health madam,” while another wrote, “The worst.”

However, Fox’s appearance has led many to wonder if she has had plastic surgery. This only got worse as Fox’s 2025 clips surfaced, as many shared her ‘before and after’ photos to compare how the Hollywood star’s look has changed.

One fan shared the photos and wrote, “Megan Fox before surgery vs after surgery…upgrade or downgrade?? Be honest.”
Another asked “what happened to Megan Fox”.
Yet another said, “Megan Fox stuns fans with her new look; after a recent interview, the 40-year-old actress is being compared to her former self.”
Another set of photos were shared, with X user commenting, “Megan Fox. Before and after.”
Megan Fox on plastic surgery
Fox, who has four children, three sons with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green and a daughter with her ex-fiancée Machine Gun Kelly, opened up about the surgical procedures she’s had.
Speaking to Call Her Daddy’s Alex Cooper, Fox said, “There are things I haven’t done that I’ve been accused of doing. I’ve never had any kind of face lift, so no mid-face lift, no lateral brow lift, although I would like one. I’ve never had threads. I’ve never had buccal fat.”
She added, “I would never get fat, I’m very skinny and I don’t have enough fat on my body or fat on my face, so I would only add fat, never take fat out. That makes me realize I’ve never had any liposuction, or body contouring, or anything like that,” according to E! online, which informed On her podcast appearance.
The star revealed that she had rhinoplasty done at the age of 23 and has had her breasts surgery done three times, the first in her early 20s, the second after she finished breastfeeding and the third around 2024.
“I don’t like surgery. My body doesn’t respond well to general anesthesia, and so when I go to get surgery it’s a big deal. I’m very afraid of dying under general anesthesia, so I don’t take surgeries lightly and so I haven’t had many of them because of that,” Fox said at the time.
She also confirmed fillers and botox, but kept one procedure a secret. Fox said, “There’s one thing I did and I’m gatekeeping. It was really cool, and it’s not a known plastic surgery, people don’t even really know about it. I really wanted it that much.”
