Saif Ali Khan is finally on Instagram as Saif Ali Khan Pataudi. The official account has one post and one follower so far. The account is following Kareena Kapoor Khan’s profile, further strengthening the notion that Saif has finally taken the Instagram route.

Sharing some pictures, Saif Ali Khan wrote in the caption, “Pataudi Library.. Judging books by their covers…”

In one of the pictures from Carousel, Saif is seen reading a book, which is his favorite pastime.

Two years ago, Saif Ali Khan shared in an interview with Hindustan Times that he doesn’t like browsing Instagram. He said, “I also have the Instagram app and a secret account. I browse sometimes, but it’s not much fun. And whenever I browse it for a while, I keep promising to delete it and I don’t delete it.”

Saif Ali Khan also spoke about how he chose to maintain a safe distance from the social media spotlight as he did not want to be “pictured” or share posts about himself. He said, “I don’t want to be in a situation where I have to post other people’s stuff. I really enjoy the fact that no one is interested in asking me to promote something because they know I’m not on social media. So, I get a lot of peace and quiet.”

When asked if he would ever open a public account on Instagram, Saif Ali Khan kept his fans guessing. “Never say never. I might get involved with social media. Who knows!” He added, “I love taking pictures, I love recording things sometimes. So, if it’s a question of sharing, I can see myself doing that very well.”

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor are parents to sons Taimur and Jeh. On the work front, Kareena Kapoor was last seen in Dayra and Saif in Havan.
